VibecapeDocs

Your first document and Chat workflow

Read material, ask Chat, and write the useful result back into your own Space.

The most common Vibecape loop is simple: add content to a Space, let Chat analyze it with document context, and write the useful result back into the project.

1. Prepare two documents

Create “Project brief” and “Meeting notes” in your Space. A few goals, constraints, and action items are enough.

2. Summarize the current document

Open “Project brief” and Chat, then enter:

Summarize the current document in five bullets.
End with the three most important open questions.

3. Reference another document

Type @ in Chat, select “Meeting notes,” and ask:

Use the referenced meeting notes to create an action list.
Return a table with owner, task, due date, and risk.

Use @ for a whole document. When only one passage matters, select it in the editor and reference the selection instead.

4. Write the result back

Create an “Action list” document. Copy the useful parts of the answer, then verify and edit facts, owners, and dates yourself.

You have now completed Vibecape's core loop: open a document, provide context, work with AI, create an output, and make the final judgment yourself.
